To investigate the function of VISTA in regulating the differentiation of BM-derived MDSCs under normoxia conditions BM myeloid progenitor cells were cultured with GM-CSF and IL-6 under normoxia conditions for 4 days. 4 independent biological replicates of WT vs VISTA KO BM-derived MDSCs were purified and processed for RNA isolation and bulk RNA- sequencing analysis.
