An integrated multi-omics and network analysis of neutrophil differentiation from initial- to late-stage

The goal of this study is to study the gene regulation mechanism during ATRA-induced HL-60 cell neutrophil differentiation especially in the early time-point. We demonstrated the striking early changes event that trigger the whole differentiation process. We also identified the pioneer TFs (Transcription factors) that ignite the differentiation process with the corresponding TF correlation networks. Overall design: Genome-wide mapping of transcriptomic, chromatin accessibility, and chromatin interaction in differenti time-points during neutrophil differentiation.
