Bulk RNA-seq of 3D Cultured Intestinal Organoids (Ileum and Colon) from Satb2-deficient and WT mice

The colonic microenvironment may have influenced gene expression of the ileal-like mucosa in Satb2KO colon In Vivo. We use 3D culture organoid system In Vitro to mitigate the environmental influence. Overall design: All organoids were estimated in lagre intestine culture medium and passaged one generation. The differentiated organoids were collected for Bulk RNA-Seq Please note that the additional raw counts data (prior to normalization), which was generated from the process of generation of counts relative to genes using featureCounts with default parameters (unstranded mode), was included in the records on Nov 5, 2021.
