Dataset for Adsorption of Serum Components on Ag Colloids: On the Biochemical Interpretation of Surface Enhanced Raman Spectra of Human Serum

This dataset contains all the spectra used in paper “Adsorption of Serum Components on Ag Colloids: On the Biochemical Interpretation of Surface Enhanced Raman Spectra of Human Serum” along with the R scripts used to process and analyze the data. All data is provided in a compressed folder titled “Dataset spectral data”, organized into subfolders according to the respective experiments. Spectral data are provided as .TXT files (two column ASCII files, as exported by the instrument, 1 file=1 spectrum). The scripts employed for loading, preprocessing, analyzing the datasets and plotting the different figures are provided in the compressed folder titled “Scripts spectral data”. Furthermore, the .DOCX file “Instructions” offers a summary of the files included in each subfolder, identifying the associated experiment and detailing the metadata structure embedded in the filenames of the .TXT files.
