Developing genetic guidelines in support of coral reef restoration and rehabilitation

This project was initiated to generate and analyze genomic data for coral populations in western Luzon region, Philippines. The extent of population connectivity and genetic diversity of these coral populations would provide ecological insights relevant to the development of genetic guidelines for coral reef management and restoration.
