While proposing that Pygmalion leadership affects hotel interns’ career intentions, this study verified the mechanism and the boundary conditions in this influencing relationship. To test the hypothesis, a survey was conducted among interns in Chinese hotels, and based on the 307 collected questionnaires, an analysis was performed using PROCESS macro and AMOS.
