COMPOSITIONS CONTAINING HYDROXY-FUNCTIONAL ALKYL POLYUREA

FIELD: chemistry. SUBSTANCE: invention relates to versions of a coating composition which can be used in various industries for imparting decorative and/or protective finishing， as well as to a substrate which contains said composition. Composition comprises a film-forming resin， a cross-linking agent which reacts with a film-forming resin， and a compound， having a hydroxy-functional alkyl polyurea and/or a group of hydroxy-functional alkyl polyurea of the formula given below， in which R 2 contains a substituted or unsubstituted C1-C36-alkyl group， an aromatic group， an isocyanurate group， a biuret group， an allophanate group， a glycoluril group， a benzoguanamine group， a polyether amine group and/or a polymer group， different from polyether-amine group and having Mn equal to 500 or more; each R1 is independently hydrogen， or alkyl， having at least 1 carbon atom， or hydroxy-functional alkyl， having 2 or more carbon atoms， and at least one R1 is a hydroxy-functional alkyl having 2 or more carbon atoms; n is equal to 2–6. Polyurea is present in the composition in amount of 0.5–10??wt??% relative to the total weight of the solid substances.
