Single Cell RNA sequencing profiling of non-COPD, nonemphysematous COPD and emphysematous COPD human lungs

The present study performs single cell RNA sequencing on human lung samples collected from 3 groups of patients: patients with no history of COPD, patients with nonemphysematous COPD and patients with emphysematous COPD. The primary goal of this study is to define the differences in tissue immune landscapes between emphysematous and nonemphysematous COPD.
