Metagenome-Assembled Genome from Tiete River. freshwater metagenome

Tiete River cuts through the state of Sao Paulo, from east to west, passing through Atlantic Forest, savanna-like and metropolitan areas. The goal of this project is to evaluate the microbial diversity in Tiete River through metagenome-assembled genomes.
