Dataset for Hardenburger et al., "Thermal Lensing During Infrared Neural Stimulation Enables Spatially Resolved Photothermal Dosimetry."

In this study, we present an automated, imaging-based workflow to perform spatially resolved photothermal dosimetry. This method uses thermal lensing to mark the location of IR exposure within the imaging field of view, enabling precise assessment of the radiant exposure dosage and correlated neuronal responses. The uploaded data includes: the measured data stored in .mat files and the raw data in .csv files along with the corresponding image files. The full video files corresponding to the measurements could not be uploaded due to size constraints but can be made available upon request.
