CST Mask in ICBM152 space

This file is the corticospinal tract (CST) mask applied to data from the Saguenay Youth Study (SYS). This mask was warped onto each individual subject's T1W and magnetization transfer (MT) images using a non-linear ANTS registration method between the adolescent template (based on 808 participants from the SYS database). Please note that because the original mask was created on the adolescent-based template space the non-linear transformation between this template space and ICBM152 has induced some local changes in the contours.
