In order to investigated the effects of the symbiotic relationship of ectomycorrhiza on the diversity of NirS-type denitrifying bacterial and ammonia-oxidizing bacterial communities, we collected the rhizosphere soils of C. illinoensis mycorrhized with T. melanosporum (FH) and without T. melanosporum partner (CK) from greenhouse in Chengdu, China, and analyzed the denitrification and ammonia oxidation microbial community structure of rhizosphere soil through next-generation sequencing technology .
