A total of 438 valid questionnaires were collected and analyzed from Peruvian participants nationwide. The HLS-EU-Q16 questionnaire consisted of 16 questions and to characterize the population, sociodemographic data were collected: age, sex, natural region where they live, department where they live, ethnicity, educational level, housing, government social support, employment status, hours of work per week, time spent at work, income, health insurance, time spent in a health institution, chronic disease, time spent in chronic disease, caregiver of a family member with chronic disease, time spent as a caregiver.
