Penthera 1.5T: The acquisitions were done by the Sherbrooke Connectivity Imaging Lab in 2014. Ten young and healthy subjects (four women and six men, mean of 25 (+- 2.91) years old) were scanned four times: twice with ten minutes delay and twice with two days delay.<br>
The diffusion-weighted images (DWI) were acquired on a 1.5 Tesla MRI (Siemens, Magnetom) with a single-shot echo-planar imaging sequence (128x128 matrix, TR 11000 ms, TE 98 ms, GRAPPA factor of 2)<br>
having 64 directions distributed using b=1000 mm<sup>2</sup>/s, one b=0 mm<sup>2</sup>/s and a 2 mm isotropic spatial resolution. A reversed phase encoded b=0 image is acquired in 2 mm isotropic spatial resolution to be able to correct for EPI distortions. A T1-weighted MPRAGE image (TR 1860 ms, TE 3.54 ms) is available in 1 mm isotropic spatial resolution.
