This record provides the treated dataset and analytical scripts (R) used to examine Sustainable Development Goals (SDG) classifications across FAPESP-funded research outputs. The materials include: data.xlsx – Cleaned and treated dataset containing FAPESP grants, related articles (with DOIs), and policy documents from Overton, prepared for SDG classification analysis. Due to data access restrictions, this file is not publicly available. Researchers interested in obtaining access for academic purposes may contact the author directly (daniela.maciel@embrapa.br) for further information. pairwise_comparison.R – R script performing pairwise comparisons among SDG classifications across different sources (grants × papers, grants × documents, documents × papers). It generates classification outcomes such as Complete match, Partial match, No match, and No classification, and exports summary tables. correlation.R – R script performing correlation and distance analyses between SDG-related classification systems (Original, SciVal, BV-FAPESP, and Overton), including contingency tables, chi-squared test results, and heatmap visualizations of proportional correlations.
