资源简介:
Understanding storm-driven changes to extreme coastal water levels is essential for communities globally, to help them prepare for and mitigate against future coastal flooding. We apply a novel method combining the transform stationary approach and regional frequency analysis (RFA) to projections of storm surge height (SSH) and significant wave height (Hs), to estimate future return levels under climate change. The return periods given are the 2, 5, 10, 20, 50, 100, 200, 500 and 1000-year. Data is provided every year from 1950-2099. The horizontal reference system is WGS84 (EPSG 4326), at a spatial resolution 0.525 degrees. Further methodological details are given in the accompanying manuscript.
