This collection consists of COI metabarcoding raw FASTQ.gz files prepared by CSIRO and SARDI from multiple bulked ichthyoplankton samples (larval fish and fish eggs) that were part of FRDC Project 2019-014 ' Can DNA from routine plankton surveys be used to measure fish spawning areas and monitor changes in pelagic ecosystems.'\nLineage: Tagged PCR COI mini-barcode amplicons were prepared from multiple library DNA samples and sequenced on Illumina MiSeq and Next Seq platforms.
