资源简介:
The lateral hypothalamus (LH) is a highly heterogenous brain region regulating hunger and motivated behaviours. In zebrafish, the LH exhibits distinct neural activity across hunger, feeding and satiety staes. In this study, we have generated a zebrafish LH transcriptomic dataset to profile cellular diversity and molecular signatures underlying feeding behaviour. High throuput single cell RNAsequencing dataset of lateral hypothalamus from 7dpf larval zebrafish from two treatment groups (50 fish per group): "Food deprived" (for four hours) and "Voracious feeding" (food-deprived for four hours and then supplied with paramecia, which correlates with enhanced hunting and feeding.
