Gene expression analysis of Pseudomonas aeruginosa strain CF18 and P. aeruginosa CF18 gacA mutant

We compared gene expression in wild-type P. aeruginosa strain CF18 relative to P. aeruginosa CF18 gacA mutant. Overall design: P. aeruginosa CF18 and P. aeruginosa CF18 gacA mutant were seeded on slow-killing plates. The plates were incubated for 24 h at 37ºC and then for 24 h at 25ºC. °C. Then, bacteria were collected from the plates and total RNAs were extracted (Three biological replicates for WT CF18 and 2 biological replicates for gacA mutant).
