NTR-Bench Reproducibility Package

NTR-Bench is the public reproducibility dataset and code package accompanying the manuscript “Release-aware benchmarking reveals loss of evidence comparability despite stable aggregate bioactivity summaries in a natural-product ChEMBL cohort”. Version 1.6 is a bounded submission-metadata synchronization release. It synchronizes the associated manuscript title, package version metadata, and version-specific DOI with the submission manuscript. No analysis-ready data, executable analysis logic, frozen protocol, numerical result, statistical procedure, or scientific conclusion has changed relative to v1.5. The 769-pair primary temporal analysis, strict-C1 repeated-publication evidence-accumulation results (n=105 primary; n=63 descriptive fourth-publication support), provenance perturbation analyses, and BindingDB cross-curation results are unchanged. The package contains analysis-ready data, reproduction code, protocol and source-version metadata, provenance and evidence-accumulation outputs, BindingDB cross-curation materials, licenses, and checksums. Raw third-party database snapshots are not redistributed.
