Supporting Data for "DEVELOPMENT OF PLGA-BASED BIODEGRADABLE OCULAR DRUG DELIVERY SYSTEM FOR SUSTAINED RELEASE OF ANTI-VEGF DRUG"

Anti-VEGF drug is encapsulated in PLGA in 3 different forms, microparticles, mini capsules and microfibers. The dataset contains the image data of these samples. Image Data includes the optical images and SEM images. Coupled with SEM data, EDS data of the capsules are also included in word files. Multimedia file such as videos of degradation and drug release from capsules and confocal microscopic images of fibers are included. Moreover, excel files containing the chemical assay data, such as ELISA and BCA assay, for encapsulation performance and drug release profile of samples is included in excel files. Step profile of fibers is also included in excel file.
