"Estonian keyword" (EMS) is a keyword with a thesaurus structure covering all subject areas for the keywords and information search of books, periodicals, articles, notes, sound recordings, maps and other publications in Estonian. The volume of EMS is about 61,000 keywords and drop-off terms (synonyms). The keyword also contains place names, but does not contain the names of persons, agencies or organisations. Changes to the keyword are reflected in EMS in real time.
