The file "kik_based_gate_calibration.ipynb" contains the script used in subsection 4.1 of the manuscript. With this script, it is possible to obtain the shot counts for each KIK component for error mitigation. The file "QEM_ten_swap_circuit.ipynb" contains the script used in subsection 5.2 of the manuscript and appendix 6.4. With this script, it is possible to obtain the shot counts for each KIK component for error mitigation and also the components necessary to obtain mu. The file experimental_data contains the completed set of raw data.
