Induced pluripotent stem cells were differentiated into neural crest progenitors and infected with a lentiviral construct that contains a doxycyclin-inducible Neurogenin 1(Ngn1) cassette. The samples represent RNA-sequencing from initial neural crest stage (day 0) and doxycyclin treatment (days 0 - 10) followed by differentiation without induction of Ngn1 (days 12 till end).
