Genome-wide association analysis identifies potential regulatory genes for eumelanin pigmentation in chicken plumage

The Roshal ARchive (RAR) contains the genotype and the phenotype of this study. Association analysis was conducted by the PLINK software using the “Basic case/control association” test after affinity adjustment. Pearson Chi-square test was used for significance testing, and then Bonferroni correction was used to adjust for multiple comparisons. The R programming codes were used to generate the Manhattan plot of genome wide P values.
