资源简介:
This dataset contains data from 2024 on soil bacteria and fungi in mangroves of the Beibu Gulf, China, including related experiments and LiDAR data. The title of the paper is 'Tree species diversity and three-dimensional canopy structure synergistically shape soil bacterial and fungal assemblages in restored mangroves. Funding source: National Key R&D Program of China (2023YFF1304505). Research background: Mangrove wetlands are undergoing rapid degradation due to the combined effects of global climate change and human disturbances. Given the important roles of mangroves in coastal protection, carbon sequestration, and biodiversity conservation, this study aims to elucidate the synergistic regulatory effects of mangrove tree species diversity and canopy structure on soil microbial communities, providing scientific support for function-oriented ecological restoration strategies.Used to support an academic paper to be published.
