Apeltes quadracus gene expression differences between developing spines and fins as assessed by RNA-seq Overall design: The spines and fins were individually dissected from Apeltes quadracus with 4 dorsal spines from Louisbourg population. RNA was extracted to investigate gene expression differences between the different spines The processed file also includes samples/data whose raw files have already been submitted under GSE184886 (which were analyzed in an allele specific manner), and contains non-allele specific processed data.
