Sequencing of lncRNAs in exosomes from the endometrial epithelial cells of dairy cows

This study aims to elucidate the role of exosomes derived from LPS stimulated EECs in promoting macrophage M1 polarization during the pathogenesis of bovine endometritis. Through the analysis of clinical samples and in vitro cell models, it was found that M1 macrophages were increased in inflamed endometrial tissues. These exosomes could be internalized by macrophages and induce their M1 polarization. RNA sequencing data analysis revealed significant enrichment of the long non-coding RNA in LPS treatment. This dataset comprises the relevant RNA sequencing raw data, which can be used for in-depth exploration of the role of exosomal RNAs in reproductive system inflammation.
