This dataset supports the publication "Profile and Dynamics of Antiferromagnetic Domain Walls under Spin-Orbit Torque", G. Theodorou and S. Komineas, Physical Review Letters 136, 256710 (2026), DOI: 10.1103/rj3x-133s. It contains numerical simulation results related to spin-torque effects in antiferromagnetic domain walls dynamics. Specifically, the dataset provides: Travelling domain wall profiles (Neel vector components n₁,n₂,n₃ ) for various values of spin torque and damping parameters. The polar angle is Θ = arctan(n₁/n₃). Furthermore, a spatial shift needs to be applied to set the domain wall center at x=0.
