Transcript of a description of the Banda Islands by governor Johannes Rubenkoning for governor-general Herman Willem Daendels. This transcript was made during Ph.D. research into the history of the Protestant Church on the Banda Islands in the 19th century. The manuscript is kept at the Arsip Nasional Republik Indonesia (ANRI, Indonesian National Archives) in Jakarta, Indonesia.
