Raw X-ray diffraction data for Hyp-1 protein in complex with ANS

X-Ray synchrotron diffraction data for the crystal of Hypericum perforatum Hyp-1 protein in complex with 8-anilinonaphthalene-1-sulfonate (ANS) in the presence of melatonin. X-ray diffraction data were collected at beamline 14.2 of the BESSY II synchrotron to the resolution of 2.30 Å at 100K using a MAR225 detector. The data was recorded in one pass of 1440 images to resolution of 2.30 Å with crystal-to-detector distance 240 mm. The direct beam position was; x=1533px, y=1539px, oscillation angle was 0.25° and X-ray wavelength equal to 0.9184 Å.
