This dataset contains the processed data that are used in the analyses in the paper, "Disentangling associations between complex traits and cell types with seismic" (https://www.biorxiv.org/content/10.1101/2024.05.04.592534v1). There are three main repositories, including: Curated scRNA-seq datasets (Tabula Muris FACS & droplet, Tabula Sapiens, Saunders et al.) MAGMA gene-level Z-scores from GWAS summary statistics for all analyzed traits. Example datasets for seismicGWAS input preparation tutorials.
