This project identifies the "Mechanical Engine" of the local universe by applying a Trinomial Gradient () to the expansion of space-time. While standard cosmology is currently in a state of "crisis" regarding the Hubble Tension (thediscrepancy in expansion rates), this research demonstrates that the gap is not a mathematical error, but the Kinetic Thrust of our local supercluster. By modeling the Dipole Repeller and the Great Attractor as a Double-Action Piston, we provide the first unified explanation for galactic "Bulk Flow" and global expansion.
