This document presents the theoretical core of the Four Structural Divergences Model (FSDM-Model), an original communication framework developed by Katja Lehmann. It defines the four structural divergences—Reality, Role, Situation, and Relationship—that explain why communication succeeds or fails in interpersonal and organizational contexts. The model is designed as a minimalistic, complete, and operationalizable system for scientific citation, organizational practice, and international application.
