Supplementary Material for: Successful Treatment of Refractory Erythroderma With Abrocitinib：A Case Report

Aim: To report the successful use of abrocitinib in a patient with erythroderma unresponsive to conventional therapies, addressing the current gap in published evidence for its use in this condition. Methods: We describe a case of refractory erythroderma in an adult who had failed treatment with glucocorticoids, immunosuppressants, and biologics. The patient was initiated on abrocitinib therapy, initially in combination with glucocorticoids to manage the acute flare. Results: Treatment with abrocitinib resulted in a marked reduction in erythema and associated symptoms. Notably, the patient experienced hair regrowth and was successfully tapered off glucocorticoids. No recurrence of erythroderma or significant adverse events were observed during a six-month follow-up period. Conclusion: This case suggests that abrocitinib may represent a valuable treatment option for patients with erythroderma refractory to conventional therapies. Further studies are warranted to evaluate its efficacy and safety in a larger cohort.
