Identification of PCIF1-interacting proteins in HaCaT cells under UVB irradiation using immunoprecipitation and LC-MS/MS

This dataset characterizes proteins that interact with PCIF1 in human keratinocyte (HaCaT) cells under UVB irradiation. Using FLAG-tag affinity enrichment followed by mass spectrometry-based proteomics, proteins associated with PCIF1 were identified and quantified. The study provides insight into UVB-dependent and independent interactions of PCIF1, enabling further investigation into its cellular functions and regulatory roles in keratinocyte biology. These data serve as a resource for understanding PCIF1-mediated signaling pathways and protein networks in response to UVB stress.
