Dataset: Multisensory integration of stimulus-driven and goal-driven signals during urgent saccadic choices

This dataset (packaged as the zip file multi_share.zip) accompanies the article titled "Multisensory integration of stimulus-driven and goal-driven signals during urgent saccadic choices" by AN Paro, BI Sheikh, TR Stanford, and E Salinas, which is available as a preprint in bioRxiv. The experimental results in the paper are based on behavioral data collected from 15 human volunteers during performance of a multimodal task (the compelled multisensory choice task) in which participants look at targets as instructed by visual and auditory stimuli. This dataset contains the trial-by-trial behavioral data collected for each subject and upon which all subsequent analyses were based. In addition to the trial-wise data arrays (stored in the files df_iva.csv, df_iap.csv, and df_ca.csv), the package includes Python scripts (.ipynb files) that were used to analyze the data. These recreate the results and figures in the article. Instructions and specifics are detailed in the README file.
