Metagenome Assembled Genomes from a Permafrost Thaw Experiment
收藏资源简介:
Controlled thaw experiments were performed on permafrost cores taken from three permafrost sites in interior and northern Alaska . These include a site above the Cold Regions Research and Engineering (CRREL) Permafrost Tunnel (AT), the CRREL Farmers Loop Experimental Station (FL), and the Barrow Experimental Observatory (BEO). Each site had two cores, from which we subsampled four replicates. Frozen soil cores were gradually thawed at 2C for 96 days. See https://github.com/jlw-ecoevo/permafrost_warming for analyses and metadata. bins_permafrost_warming_experiment.tar.gz : Dereplicated and refined MAGs binned in the present study from permafrost warming experiments bins_permafrost_reference_set.tar.gz : Dereplicated set of reference MAGs used in the present study
