In
addition, we elevated miR-92b levels in PCI-37A cells and down regulated its
expression in PCI-37B cells, then evaluated the cell proliferation abilities by
using CCK-8 assay. The results demonstrated that compared with corresponding
control groups, cell viability was significantly increased in 37A miR-92b mimics
group at 72h after transfection, and clearly restrained at 48h and 72h after
cell transfection in 37B miR-92b inhibitor group.
