Hello everyone,
In order to resample the HCP-MMP1.0 parcellation, following steps were done and the new mesh is attached here.
1. download needed materials followed by suggestion below:https://www.mail-archive.com/hcp-users@humanconnectome.org/msg06289.html
They are:1.1 original mesh( Q1-Q6_RelatedParcellation210.CorticalAreas_dil_Final_Final_Areas_Group_Colors.32k_fs_LR.dlabel.nii) from BALSA: https://balsa.wustl.edu/WN56
1.2 download group standard 32K and 59K spheres for both hemispheres (Q1-Q6_RelatedParcellation210.L.sphere.32k_fs_LR.surf.gii; Q1-Q6_RelatedParcellation210.R.sphere.32k_fs_LR.surf.gii, L.sphere.59k_fs_LR.surf.gii & R.sphere.59k_fs_LR.surf.gii) from HCP Github: https://github.com/Washington-University/HCPpipelines/tree/master/global/templates/standard_mesh_atlases
2. using workbench, separate, resample and merge parcellation files:

NOTE: when doing merge, there's error for label-merge function for dlabel.nii file, therefore I changed the code to -cifti-create-label followed the suggestion from:https://www.mail-archive.com/hcp-users@humanconnectome.org/msg03217.html
3.Pick up the new mesh: Q1-Q6_RelatedParcellation210.CorticalAreas_dil_Final_Final_Areas_Group_Colors.59k_fs_LR.dlabel.nii
