RNA sequencing Methylorubrum extorquens AM1 and its derivative strain Methylorubrum extorquens FT3

Methylorubrum extorquens AM1, a native formate-utilizing bacterium, has exhibited limited capacity to tolerate formate. By using adaptive laboratory evolution (ALE) strategy, we obtained an evolved strain FT3 derived from M. extorquens AM1, with enhanced formate tolerance. By using the RNA-seq technology, we investigated the gene expression difference of Methylorubrum extorquens AM1 and FT3.
