3D structural prediction results using AlphaFold2

The dataset in this repository serves as supplementary resource data for the article titled "Low-burden and precursor-free cell-cell communication in mammalian cells enabled by de novo design of super-sensitive intercellular signals" (Sun et al.), published in Cell Systems.
This repository contains BraR and RpaR 3D structure de novo prediction results using ColabFold’s AlphaFold2 implementation. Further structural alignment analysis can be found in the STAR Methods section of the article.
