List of the first commercial transaction of fishery products in the Canary Islands that includes fish from the fishing fleet, both fresh and frozen. It includes information on the base port, vessel, sale (species, fishing gear, fishing zone, date of catch, conservation, presentation, size, freshness, weight (Kg) and price kilo), date and port of return, transport and declaration of collection. The 53 sales notes of "walking seafood" that appear in this file are a consequence of the fact that when the fisherman passed through the establishment of first sale, instead of allocating the catches of the seafood collected on foot to the natural person, he was assigned to the professional boat.
