Unpublished data used in the manuscript. Data that was published earlier is not included to avoid duplicates, but reference to their source is given in the other two spreadsheets

for domesticated genotypes and their direct wild progenitors: common name of the crop

dom_status_c_w
whether an entry comes from a domesticated or a wild genotype or species

dom_status_im_lr_wp_wnowp
domestication status of the entry, either an improved cultivar of a crop (im), a landrace (lr), a wild progenitor (wp) or a wild species not closely related to any crop (wnowp)
