<b>Angiogenic subnetwork for </b><b>early prediction of </b><b>pathological cardiac hypertrophy</b>

In conclusion, we demonstrate that the remodeling of 12-gene angiogenic subnetwork occurs in the early stages and reflects the progression of pathological cardiac hypertrophy. They may serve as potential biomarkers for early prediction of HCM and heart failure at plasma protein levels, even more than 16 years before the diagnosis. It has significant implications for identifying individuals for HCM and heart failure, facilitating timely interventions.
