1991-2000年全国疾病监测系统死因监测数据数据库是中国疾病预防控制中心下属的全国疾病监测系统的重要组成部分，包含出生数据库、人口数据库和死亡数据库三个子库。该数据库收集了145个监测点共1000万监测人口的出生、死亡及死因信息，采用分层整群随机抽样方法，数据可代表全国人群。数据库包含超过150万条记录，为分析中国不同地区主要卫生问题、流行水平、变化趋势和分布特点提供了基础数据支持。The Cause-of-Death Monitoring Database of the National Disease Surveillance System (1991-2000) is a core component of the National Disease Surveillance System under the Chinese Center for Disease Control and Prevention. It includes three sub-databases: the Birth Database, Population Database and Death Database. This database collects birth, death and cause-of-death information from 10 million monitored individuals across 145 surveillance sites. Adopting a stratified cluster random sampling method, the dataset is representative of the national population. The database contains over 1.5 million records, providing fundamental data support for analyzing major health issues, epidemic levels, changing trends and distribution characteristics of different regions in China.
