The openness of the policy of any state to the global community stimulates the integration's and internationalization's processes of education. Under the changed circumstances in everyday and professional life a person «faces» increasingly frequently with foreign languages. Moreover, the integration processes change not only foreign language's status in society, but also it's completed functions. The mutual understanding's establishment between ethnic groups and providing access to diversification of global policy and culture become priorities.
