Square step balance test among school going children

FSST (four square step test) is a dynamic balance test which is mainly used to assess the capability of a person to step over compact object. The aim of this study is to find normative reference score of square step test among school going children. A cross sectional study was done among 64 school going students from August 2022 to April 2023. It was concluded that FSST is effective test to assess dynamic balance in children. 9-12 sec was taken by the students to complete this test.
