<b>Comparative genomics of </b><b><i>Vibrio splendidus</i></b><b> reveals a lineage-specific association with a T3SS1 from </b><b><i>Vibrio parahaemolyticus</i></b>

List of <i>V. splendidus</i> genomes used to study the pangenome of this species and the list of prophages found. The analysis reveals three clades and the presence of different adaptations in virulence genes related to specific lineages.
