Raw reads from phage cocktail and sequential phage coevolution with bacteria

In the project we cocultured phages T2 and Lambda-trn, with K12 E. coli bacteria together for 14 days. Phages were administered either as a cocktail with simultaneous doses of both phages, or sequentially with an initial dose of one phage followed by a second dose of the other phage at a later date. We assessed the phages ability to suppress the bacterial population, and characterized the phage-resistance which evolved.
